bOOKING/rESCHEDULING & cANCELATION pOLICY
Thank you for choosing Katalyst Fitness by Kayla Civello for your mind, body and spirit elevation needs! Kayla is committed to providing an exceptional fitness experience for every client that is included within the Katalyst Community. To ensure smooth operations and fair practices, we have established the following non-refundable policy for drop-in sessions, and package redemption for group fitness sessions.
**Every client is responsible for their packages, bookings, cancellations and rescheduled bookings. Please read the information carefully below.
Non-Refundable Drop In Booking: All drop-in session bookings for group fitness classes are non-refundable. Bookings are to be made through the website. No cash or venmo payment accepted until notified otherwise. If you find the website is not working during your time of booking. Please notify Kayla and we will get it straightened out.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may not cancel or reschedule a drop-in session once it is booked.The session time and date are final.
However, clients are able to reschedule a session that was redeemed via their package. If you need to reschedule please do this prior to the session beginning or else your session will be considered redeemed. There is a “cancel” option that shows on your account via the website and booking app. If you need help locating the cancel button via website/app Kayla can help, please reach out.
It is the client's full responsibility to attend the booked session. If there is an emergency where you are unable to attend, please communicate this with Kayla and she is happy to have you utilize your session for another date within a 30-day time frame. **After 30 days you will be unable to use this session. An emergency does not include sleeping through your alarm or deciding that you do not feel like coming on this day.
No-show Policy: Failure to attend a booked session whether it be a drop in booking or a booking through your package without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of extreme circumstances such as medical emergencies, unforeseen events, sick children in your care or poor weather conditions clients may contact Kayla via DM on Instagram or via e-mail at Katalystfitnessbykc@gmail.com to discuss their situation.
Packages: Packages expire 30 days after the date of purchase. Meaning if you purchase a package on January 1st your package will expire 30 days thereafter. If you have sessions that are not fulfilled, your sessions expire and you no longer have the ability to book until you re-up your package investment.
* Packages are not to be extended under any circumstance other than Kayla taking time off without notice.
Any time off that Kayla projects 30+ days in advance gives you enough time to make the decision as to how many sessions to buy. If Kayla is sick or cancels due to poor weather, she is happy to extend your package. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to check the cancellations posted under “Schedule” tab on the website prior to placing your order. If you are sick with Covid or the Flu, Kayla will extend your package up to 10 days since you fell ill.
Transferability: Drop-in sessions, and purchase of packages are non-transferable to another client. The session is valid only for the individual who booked it and cannot be transferred to another person.
Class Schedule Changes: Katalyst Fitness by Kayla Civello reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, including class time & instructors. In the event of such changes, no refunds will be issued, and clients are encouraged to adapt to the new schedule.
Refund Policy Changes: Katalyst Fitness reserves the right to modify or update this non-refundable policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes 30 days prior to any change made.
By booking a drop-in session for a group fitness class at Katalyst Fitness by Kayla Civello, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this non-refundable policy.
